Kingscliff can be quite a heavy beach break on a bigger day. Often more exposed to winds it is not always perfectly clean and the bank can be a bit messy of late. Better on a lower tide it produces a predominant right hander that peels along in front of the Surf Club. Most day’s you’ll find a fair bit of sweep running North along the beach. Fewer crowds and often smaller waves means its fun and can be a great place to learn how to surf. Kingscliff is a great spot for all surfers on its different days.
